ADHD & Executive Function Coaching

You're not losing your mind. You're becoming the woman only you could ever be.

Coaching for women in perimenopause with ADHD.

Built for the brain and body you actually have, by someone who has lived it.

You’re in the right place if…

“You don’t need more discipline. You need a way through.”- Kristen Fox

Who I am

I'm Kristen Fox. I'm an ADHD coach in active professional certification training, with almost twenty years of leadership across banking and nonprofits — and the lived experience of the rebirth I now help other women navigate.

I was diagnosed in midlife, after a career pivot pulled me out of the urgency-driven environments I had thrived in and into a role my old workarounds couldn't carry me through.

I built my own support team — an ADHD coach, a perimenopause coach, a specialist — when no one had built it for me. The work I do now is the support I wished I'd had, refined and offered back.

This isn't a breakdown. It's a rebirth.

Perimenopause is meeting your ADHD brain in ways the world isn't yet naming.

The workarounds that carried you through twenty years — working twice as hard, masking, people-pleasing, perfectionism — are failing now because they were always scaffolding. Not the structure.

What looks like falling apart is something quieter and more powerful underneath: a truer version of you, learning how to stand without the scaffolding.

This is a rebirth, not a breakdown. Painful. Messy. Drawn out. And on the other side of it — with the right support — a life that fits the woman you are actually becoming.

How I help

We work strengths-first, energy-aware, and ADHD-informed.

We stop trying to fix what was never broken, and start working with the wiring you actually have. We design around your real capacity — your hormonal terrain, your real rhythms, your real life.

And every framework, question, and tool I bring is rooted in how the ADHD brain actually works — specifically yours — and how it shifts in perimenopause when so much of what used to work suddenly doesn't.

You don't need more willpower. You need the right scaffolding for the brain you actually have.
